Frequently asked questions about how to use the Pantonic Health app.
How do I use the Pantonic Health app?
  1. Scan the Pantonic Health app QR code provided by your employer or organisation.
  2. Create a profile with your full name, email address and mobile number. This account can be used each time you're required to submit a RAT test result via the Pantonic Health app.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions on how to administer a rapid antigen test and lodge your result via the app.
  4. Begin the testing process and submit your result.
  5. Receive your online test result certificate via SMS.
What are the password requirements for logging into the Pantonic Health webapp?

When logging into the Pantonic Health app with your registered email address, a one time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number. The OTP will expire after 5 minutes.

My Email address is not recognised when I log in.

You must create an account before you can login. Please note that you can only use your email address and phone number once to create an account. If you are still unable to login or can’t remember your email, please click reset email address on the login page and follow the prompts.

I forgot which email I set up for my account.

If you forgot the email address used to set up your account, please click reset email address on the login page and follow the prompts.

My mobile number is already registered when trying to create an account.

A mobile number can only be used with one account. If you cannot remember the email address used to create your original account, please click reset email address on the login page and follow the prompts.

I attempted to create an account, but the app says my email address is already being used.

If your email has already been used, please login using that email. Once logged in you can update your account information including your email in the account menu page. 

How do I change my account details including phone number and email?

Launch the app by scanning the QR code, then login and navigate to the Account Menu page. Click Update your account details. Please note if you change your email address your test result history will be deleted. This is for data privacy and security reasons. 

Can I reset my email address?
  • If  you are unable to access your account because your email is not recognised or you've forgotten your email, you must click reset email address on the login page and follow the reset prompts.
  • If you continue to experience issues with your email address, please contact Customer Support at enquiries@pantonichealth.com, and submit your test result as a guest.
My camera is blocked from taking a photo with the Pantonic Health app.

For camera access issues are caused by your devices's camera access/permissions settings. You will need to grant camera access permissions to your device's internet browser app (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet Browser) so that you can take a photo of your test result via the Pantonic Health web app.

Please follow the Apple iOS or Android settings guide to adjust your device's app and camera settings. Once your camera is unblocked, you can continue to submit your test result with a photo.

How does Pantonic Health store data?

All data is stored in Microsoft Azure database located in Australia. The highest data privacy and security measures have been put in place and all records are considered health records. 

Is the product encrypted?

All data is encrypted in transit between the Pantonic Health web app and portal servers.

Do you share data with any third-party parties?

No personal data is shared with any other organisations. Pantonic Health may share high level anonymised data with Government if it is requested. Please refer to our Privacy Notice for all information on how we look after your personal information.
